The short version of what you’re agreeing to when you work with ElytraCo (MMC Group LLC). Your signed services agreement is the full and binding version and wins wherever the two differ.
The engagement
A month-to-month retainer covering the plan you choose. Full scope and deliverables are set out in your signed agreement.
What isn’t guaranteed
Specific rankings, mentions, revenue or customer volume. AI answers vary by engine, phrasing, location and time. We commit to the tested process and transparent monthly reporting, not to any one answer.
Cancellation
Cancel any time with 14 days’ written notice. No long-term lock-in.
Ownership
Content published to your own site or profiles is yours. Reports, question sets and internal tracking tools remain ElytraCo’s.
